Project Introduction
In 2025, a prominent commercial office building in Dubai’s Business Bay underwent a significant renovation to refresh its exterior design and improve its energy efficiency. The developer sought to modernize the building while ensuring it could withstand Dubai’s extreme weather conditions. To achieve this, Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) were chosen for the project, thanks to their outstanding durability, sleek appearance, and resilience to intense UV radiation and temperature fluctuations.
The building’s original facade, which had suffered from wear and aging, was completely replaced with a fresh, contemporary look using high-quality ACP panels.
